BORN AND RAISED IN MILAN, TENN, ITSYABOIH2 is an aspiring rapper/songwriter. He has been involved with rap music for about 11 years now. At first he just listened to rap music, some of his early influences were Bone Thugs N Harmony, Tupac, LL Cool J, and Beastie Boys. Of course he was so young at that time that he really didn’t understand everything about it, but as time passed, the more he caught on. He started listening to Tupac the same year he was killed and wasn’t able to listen to his earlier works so “R U Still Down” is one of his favorite albums.
He then started writing his own songs in Sixth grade. He never had access to beats, He never cared about having a beat. The biggest majority of his rapping was strictly acapella until his sophomore year in high school when a friend of his hooked him up with a beat one of his friends had made, which would ultimately spark the beginning of his now well known persona and stage name “H2”. The beat basically sounded like a take off of one of the “Halloween” movies, He just liked the name and everyone seemed to as well. A whole lot of people ask him what it means…which it actually means the highest and lowest extremes like Heaven and Hell. H2 just always push everything he does to the limit. He had used that name for such a long time that he decided to make it more marketable by turning it into a phrase, so now it’s “It’sYaBoiH2″. Plus every profile page he has, that’s what he goes by so why not just make it more accessible. In a few words he can say that he is merging the lines of dirty south beats and strong lyrical content, massive energy with expressive ideas, and an incredible work ethic. He is extremely versatile and he likes to dabble into all different kinds of genres and sounds as well. He only hopse that his songs that you hear will impress you enough to want to bring a hungry, relentless, perfectionist into a big time studio and allow him to create some of the greatest songs you’ve ever heard. He says he is not trying to sound arrogant when he says this but at this very moment he feels like he is at the top of his game, his charisma is off the charts, he is writing and recording over 10 songs a day, and he feels that he is ready for the mainstream music scene, He want to make music his career, and if not completely ready, with the right guidance he feesl he can be in that position in no time at all. So, He hopes you enjoy the music he is bringing to the table, and he hopes it inspires you in some way.
